BLOG TOUR: Duched by Xavier Neal

Brie Sanders' entire life is on the brink of change. Her college graduation is just a few months away, she has no idea what to do with her life when the degree is in her hands, and is most likely going to be kicked out of her apartment when her best friend's boyfriend moves in.

Enter One Night Stand King, Kellan Kenningston, who also happens to be a real life prince as well as a duke.

From first blinding white smile, Kellan becomes a royal pain in the butt who keeps her laughing and Brie becomes the breath of fresh air he desperately needs.

Unfortunately, for both of them, this isn't a fairy tale with an immediate happily ever after. The media is a monster that can barely be tamed. Balls are not beautiful and bright. And more often than not, true evil is found in surprising forms.

Xavier Neal is an up and coming Author and Blogger. She lives in Texas where she spends her time getting lost in writing and reading. She loves Tex-mex, fandoms, and laughing. Feel free to spend her a message any time!

Cover Reveal: Reaper by Geri Glenn

I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life.  In fact, some of them almost ruined me. But I am a good person.  I want to make amends.  I want to fix things with my sister and finally have my life back.  I want to change, and I’m trying.  But I just can't let the past go.

Reaper doesn't make it easy for me. He hates me with a passion.  He’s vowed to do whatever he can to get me out of my sister’s life and away from his club.  It doesn’t matter. He won't stop me.  No matter how terrified of him I am, nothing is going to stop me from changing my destiny and trying to fix the wrongs from my past. Especially when my secret is discovered, giving him all the ammunition he needs.

After what seems like an endless stream of problems, things are finally going well with the club.  We’re finally getting back to some semblance of normal after the chaos she brought with her before she was sent away.  But now she’s back.

She says she’s changed, and maybe she has, but I don’t care.  She is the reason it all started, and she’s not welcome here.  I will stop at nothing to get her out.  I won’t rest until she’s gone.  Her beauty will not distract me, and her history doesn’t even matter.  I will get Anna away from my club, or die trying.

There will be no pre-order for Reaper.  The expected release date will be mid-late October.  To be sure you don't miss the release, be sure to sign up for Geri's mailing list so you can be guaranteed an email on release day or follow her on Amazon.

Geri On Amazon:

Geri Glenn is the debut author of the Kings of Korruption MC Series. The first book, titled Ryker, is releasing on August 14, 2015, and can be read as a standalone.

Geri has been an avid reader for as long as she can remember. She can usually be found curled up in a comfy chair, reading on her iPad both day and night. Geri is an incurable night owl, and it's not uncommon for her to still be awake, reading at 4 am, just because she can't put the book down!

Geri loves all genres of fiction, but her passion is anything romantic or terrifying; basically anything that can get her heart pumping. This passion has bled out onto her laptop, and became the Kings of Korruption.

Writing this first book in the series knocked off the #1 thing on Geri's bucket list, and publishing it has been an absolute dream come true. She hopes you love the Kings as much as she does.

How to be a Successful Blog Tour Host

As bloggers, many of us are faced with piles of requests for blog tours, blitzes, sales, and Facebook promotions. We want to help as many authors as we can on any given day and that is to be commended, but there are things you can do as a blogger to keep the promotion side of this business running smoothly while maintaining a healthy relationship with promotion companies.  The next few lines will highlight some helpful tips for successful blog tour hosting.

Keep a Calendar.  You don’t know how many times as a promotions company that we get responses back from tour hosts about not receiving a packet, not knowing their posting date, or being overbooked for that day.  Keeping a blog tour calendar with information like the name, author, and tour company will not only keep you organized, but know who to contact if you haven’t received a tour packet.  This is also helpful for when you have personal time scheduled like a family vacation.  If you know you’re not going to be able to upload anything, don’t sign up for tours that packets will be sent while you’re away.  We all need a little time away from blogging, but please don’t sign up for something you know you cannot post on time.

  1. Read the entire e-mail from the tour host.
You’d really be surprised by the amount of e-mails we get after sending tour packets out that are the result of not fully reading the e-mail.
There may be a link for you to share your links, a time window that you need to post within, or even an important announcement regarding the tour.  An example of this would be when a tour company asks you to fill out a form with your links, fill out the form instead of e-mailing it back to them.  The forms helps keep things organized and reduces the chance that the promotions company will miss your e-mail and links.
  2. Links. Links. LINKS.
I said it three times for a very good reason. Links are important not only to you as the host, but to the promotion company as well.
When the promotion company asks for links send them. When you sign-up for the promotion, make sure your links are correct. You don’t know how many times we’ve had the same blogs post incorrect links to their own pages. We understand typos happen, but please make a quick check of your entries before clicking submit on the form.  It makes our lives and your lives much easier.
  3. Reviews.
This one is the biggest issue with hosting book promotions.
The sheer amount of man hours that promotion companies have to put in with sending ARCs and tracking down their reviews is astronomical.  If you receive an ARC, either review it or politely decline the review prior to the beginning of the tour with the hosting company.  Not every book will be your cup of tea, and we understand that, but receiving a book and never responding with either option above makes you and the blog company look bad and could land you on a watch list of book piracy.  Plus, if you don’t communicate with the tour company, you’ll likely find yourself off their list or unable to review.
Communication goes a long way to keeping the relationship between tour company and tour host healthy. Going back to points 1 and 2, if you have a calendar and don’t have an ARC, communicate with the promotions company prior to the start of the tour. If you wait until the material packets arrive, you’ll likely be too late to receive a replacement ARC.
  4. HTML and Wordpress.
Oh, I said the dirty duo.
Many bloggers who use Wordpress as their blog hosting site might find themselves without a blog when using HTML provided by blog tour companies. Trust us, we were there once.  Nikki had just started at the blog and I was on vacation when Wordpress dropped the axe on us. We had set-up a website-based book character battle while I was away and on day two Wordpress killed our site.  After e-mailing back and forth with them over a 5 day period, the culprit was the fact we uploaded HTML from a tour company.  Wordpress has this tricky little clause in their user guidelines that could result in you being blocked or banned from the site.  I have them both listed below, but as a Wordpress blogger, please avoid using HTML.  Wordpress wants you to bring people to their sites and not directing them away from it like for instance having a book link that opens to Amazon. It is better to build your own post from the provided materials than to be ultimately banned like we were.
    1. Advertising.Advertising isn’t permitted unless you use WordAds or have a VIP or Enterprise site.

Hopefully this information is helpful to you whether you are just starting the journey as a blog tour host or are looking at ways to streamline the process.

Cover Reveal: Endless Obsession by Alex Grayson

Official Blurb:

I’ve silently watched her for a year, staying hidden in the shadows, biding my time.
She may know me as two different men, but she doesn’t have a clue what I’ve done.
She unknowingly became mine the minute my eyes touched her beauty.
But I’ve done things. Things she may not be able to forgive.
I know all her secrets, her habits, her preferred coffee, what she does in her spare time, her favorite lingerie brand, even that she sleeps naked.

At night, I watch her from her window. During the day, I watch her from my computer. She innocently bares her heart and body to me, and I soak up every single fucking second.
I’ve stayed away, but I’m tired of watching from afar. It’s time Poppy finds out just who I am and what I’m willing to do to take what’s mine. She may hate me when she finds out my what I’ve done, but she has no choice but to accept it.

She will be my wife.
She will mother my children.
I will claim every part of her heart, body, and soul.
Anything else is unacceptable.
Poppy Lexington has become my endless obsession. I will become her uncontrollable addiction.

The woman frantically tries to get the key in the lock before he reaches her, but isn’t fast enough when he stops at her back. She spins around as he bends at the waist, trying to catch his breath. Fucking asshole is so weak he can’t even catch his breath after jogging twenty feet. Again, my dick takes notice at the harsh look on her face as she watches the guy.

He stands and says something to her. I can’t hear through the window of my Lexus, but whatever it is, causes the woman to curl her lip up in disgust. She cocks out a hip, throws her hand on it, pokes his chest with her other hand, and screeches loud enough for me to hear. “You pig! Stay the hell away from me!”

A rumbling laugh escapes my lips as I witness the firecracker take down the idiot in front of her. She’s so different than the woman I know. I can’t really blame the guy for trying. After all, I’m just as fascinated with her as he is. Hell, I’ve been watching the woman for a year now. The first time I saw her I had just walked out of Colt’s office. He’s a good friend of mine, who also happens to be a client. Something caught my attention, and I looked over and nearly fell to my knees at the beauty sitting on the brown plush leather couch in the waiting area. After unsticking my jaw from the floor, I turned to him to demand he tell me who she was.

“Poppy Lexington,” he supplied, looking down at a file in his hand. “She’s here for an interview for the receptionist position.”

Without thinking, I told him immediately, “Don’t hire her.”

Even though my eyes were glued to Poppy, I still felt his questionable stare.

“Refer her to my office. Make up some excuse if you have to… I don’t care. Just get her to my office.”

When he didn’t answer after several seconds of silence, I turned to him and caught him watching me warily. I raised a brow in question. No words were spoken—none were needed. He knew I was serious by the look on my face.

Since that day, I’ve lived, breathed, and slept Poppy. I know where she lives, obviously, and I also know where she works, who her family and friends are, her favorite foods, and how she takes her coffee. I know what she does on weekends and holidays, what size shoe she wears, what shampoo she uses, and the brand of her toothpaste. I know her mortgage and car payment, when they are due, what credit cards she has, and even the purchases she’s made with them. I know the layout of her house, what’s in her closet, that she likes expensive lingerie, and that she sleeps nude. The first time I witnessed the latter, I damn near lost control and gave myself up. I ended up jacking off in a pair of her silk panties.

Sick? Yes, absolutely. But it was either that or crawl into bed with her, which wasn’t an option. I’m not up to getting thrown in jail for breaking and entering, or taking the chance of her finding me out. Fuck no. I need her too much. I need her to know and accept me, without making a mess of things.

It wasn’t until recently, the last few months, that I’d gotten into a position where I could approach her the way I want to. However, I’m not ready yet. I’m having too much fun with my current game with regards to her. A game she knows nothing about, but still participates in. Hell, who am I kidding? This isn’t a game, it’s more of an uncontrollable obsession. I love watching her, knowing she’s oblivious to it. It turns me on more than I’ve ever been before.

I think it may be time to change things a bit though. Make it more thrilling. I plan to reveal myself to her soon, my body is in constant demand of that, and I know my control will snap soon, but the timing needs to be perfect

I have a key to her house and frequently visit her while she sleeps. When I can’t be there in person, which has happened too much for my liking, I can always pull up the video feed I have on my phone and computer. Yes, I have cameras in her house, as well. The woman has completely taken over my mind and there’s not a damn thing I can do to stop it. Not that I want to. Poppy’s mine, she just hasn’t been informed of it yet.

Some might say I’m sick and demented, that I should be locked away for my obsessive behavior. That may be true, but I’m not the typical kidnap-the-victim-and-rape-and-torture-stalker. I have no desire to hurt Poppy. I won’t force her to do anything she doesn’t want to do. I won’t kill her if I can’t have her, but I’ve embraced my obsession and will use every damn thing I have in my power to prove to her that she belongs to me, and only me. She will know that I’m the only man for her and that I will love, cherish, and worship the very fucking ground she walks on.

Alex Grayson is originally from the south, but has recently moved to Northern Ohio. Although she misses the warmth of Florida and often times detest the cold of Ohio, she absolutely loves living in the north. Her and her husband bought a house on two acres of land and live there with their daughter, son, one dogs, two cats, eight ducks, and three chickens. She hopes to eventually get a couple of goats to add to their country way of living. Besides her family and home, her next best passion is reading. She is often found with her nose obsessively stuck in a book, much to the frustration of her husband and daughter. On more than one occasion Alex found herself wanting a book to go a certain way, but it didn’t. With these thoughts in mind, she decided to start writing stories according to her own visions. Although this is a new endeavor for her, she hopes that readers find her concepts on romance intriguing and captivating. Alex welcomes and encourages feedback, of any kind. She can be contacted at
